Hello, I’m Rachael, founder and instructor here at First Class First Aid. Over 20 years ago I began to work for an airline as a cabin service supervisor where I was first introduced to first aid and high-quality training. During my time in the skies, I was frequently faced with medical emergencies and built a vast array or hands-on experience managing high-pressure situations. From that point on my interest in first aid grew, until one day I decided it was time to take that passion and turn it into my career.

Today, I design, organise and lead a wide range of first aid classes and qualifications in Norfolk for individuals, groups and businesses looking for an educational and empowering experience. I strive to give you the skills and confidence to safely handle a medical situation, and perform actions that could one day save a life.

As a regulated training provider, I deliver our qualifications under the First Aid Awards (FAA) awarding body. The FAA are regulated by Ofqual and SQA Accreditation and the qualifications I offer sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). I maintain these nationally recognised qualifications to secure compliance with all relevant legislation, ensuring I meet the requirements set out by the HSE and Ofsted.
